Oven temperature is controlled by a thermostat gas tap in the range of 100-300°C.
The device has a pilot and thermocouple control system. With the thermocouple, when the flame goes out, the gas supply to the device is automatically cut off.
Available in LPG and NG options.
There is a 10 mm thick steel plate at the base of the device to distribute heat homogeneously.
