GourmeXpress is a solution that offers quick and standard results in the baking (and reheating) of various products such as full meals (frozen products, bakery products, proteins), pastry, hot snacks, appetizers, and many other different types of products.
The High-Speed Baking system offers 3 different technologies together:
-Convection
-Microwave system
-High-speed hot air delivery (simultaneous hot air jets from top and bottom).
