Place a round and flat filter paper in the middle chamber of the cold dripper to prevent coffee particles from mixing with water. Make sure the filter paper sticks well to the glass edges and wet the paper before brewing to prevent the paper taste from transferring to the coffee.
Grind your coffee to a medium degree.
Place 65 g of the ground coffee in the middle chamber and level it with a spoon. Then take three to four more filter papers you used earlier and completely cover the top of the coffee with these filter papers. This way, the dripping water does not directly contact the coffee and spreads evenly to each grain.
Add cold water and ice to the top chamber to make a total of 1 liter. You can use 500 ml of water and 500 g of ice, but this may cause the coffee to burn due to extremely cold water. To eliminate bitter tastes, we recommend putting 200 g of ice in 800 ml of cold water.
Adjust the equipment's water dripping time to one drop every 1-2 seconds.
Brewing will be completed between 8 - 12 hours.
When all the water has dripped, take the bottom chamber and pour it into bottles. Your cold brew is ready, you can store it in the refrigerator and consume it whenever you like.
