- Add cold water and ice to the top container up to a total of 1 lt. You can use 500 ml water, 500 gr ice, but this may cause the coffee to burn due to excessive cold water. To eliminate bitter tastes, we recommend putting 800 ml cold water and 200 gr ice.
- Adjust the water dripping time of the equipment to one drop every 1-2 seconds.
- Brewing will be completed between 8 - 12 hours.
- When all the water has drained, take the bottom container and pour it into glasses. Your cold brew is ready, you can store it in the fridge and consume it whenever you like.
