1- Roll out your fondant on a firm and flat surface until it reaches 2-3mm thickness.
2- Hold the cutter from the outer disc part. Press the front face onto the fondant, cut the fondant, and apply pressure until it touches the bottom surface. Gently move the cutter from side to side. This way, you will achieve a clearer cut.
3- Press the top part of the cutter and cut the fondant with the embossed piece.
4- Lift the cutter about 5 cm in the air and press the top part to remove the cut shape.
