Surface is covered with up to 2 million diamond particles through special processes.
Made of steel. It has a smooth and sharp edge.
The handle part has an ergonomic design.
It has a large thumb guard for your safety.
The blade material is hard chrome vanadium steel.
The handle part is 25 cm (10") long excluding the blade.
How to Use:
- Hold the cutting edge of the blade with the masat at 15°-20° angle, and pull without applying pressure from the base to the tip.
Note:
- If the cutting edge thickness, i.e., the mouth of the blade, is too thick, it needs to be thinned to a thickness of 0.4 to 0.6 mm.
- If the blade gets too hot during sharpening, it alters the structure of the steel, reducing corrosion resistance and blade hardness. Therefore, it may cause you to lose the edge-holding ability of your blade.
- The sharpening process should be applied flawlessly from the base to the tip, creating a thin wire edge on the cutting edge.
- Do not remove the thin wire edge created at the cutting edge to finish the sharpening process.
- If the burr on the edge is not carefully removed, it can significantly deteriorate the cutting sharpness and resistance to dulling of your blade.
- The blade surface should have a straight cutting line, and a serrated or partial edge may cause the blade to break.
- Blades should not be exposed to substances that can cause high corrosion, such as saltwater, for extended periods.
