Put two cups of coffee in the coffee chamber with your own measure for press brewing.
Make sure the coffee is ground to the appropriate size for your press brewing.
Add water to the chamber so that the coffee is wet all over and wait for about 30 seconds, this pre-brewing process will release trapped carbon dioxide and other gases from your coffee.
Then slowly stir the coffee and fill the chamber with hot water.
Close the lid of the chamber tightly and wait for about 1.5 minutes.
Place a filter in the lid of your brewing device, slightly wet it and place it inside the lid.
Attach the lid with the filter and turn it to close.
Invert the device over a cup and press firmly from the top until all the coffee is drained.
