Place the washable filter covered with cloth into the brewing chamber. Pull the chain downwards and attach it to the end of the tube.
Fill the lower chamber with hot water up to the level of the 5 mark to brew 5 cups of coffee. For each cup, using the scoop provided in the box, you need to put one scoop of coffee in the upper chamber.
Place the brewing chamber on top of the lower chamber and place it under the heater after igniting the burner.
As the water boils, the boiling water will rise to the upper chamber of the siphon. (A small amount of water will continue to stay in the lower chamber.) After the water in the lower chamber rises to the upper chamber, gently stir with the wooden stirrer found in the box.
Wait for 60 seconds, then remove from the heat source. The brewed coffee will filter down to the lower chamber as the coffee particles settle.
Carefully separate the brewing chamber by moving it back and forth from the bottom of the carafe. Serve by holding the brewing chamber from the handle.
Things to Consider ;
Do not light the wick/thread of the burner without filling the burner's chamber with flammable liquids such as cologne, lamp oil, etc. If you light the thread without filling it, the thread may burn out immediately and you may not be able to make your coffee.
You can clean the filter assembly and glass parts with soapy hot water.
Scrubbing with granular powdered detergents can scratch the glass.
