Point to Note in Brewing Coffee with Siphon
Before preparing your coffee, soak the filter inside the siphon with hot water for 30 seconds. This process will help you make a more robust filtration. Be careful not to let the siphon's heating element be too hot or too cold while making temperature changes. Remember that heat reductions should be made delicately, not sharply.

How to Make the Best Coffee with Siphon Brewing?
Preheat with hot water and place the lower part of the Syphon properly and turn on the heater.
Fit the filter well on the top part of the siphon and hook its hook onto the tube part of the tool.
Place the upper chamber of the siphon on the lower chamber but leave it slightly tilted. This way, the air in the upper chamber will escape, preventing your coffee from boiling suddenly.
When the water in the lower chamber is close to boiling, place the upper chamber vertically. Use a long stick to lower the temperature of the water to prevent it from burning the coffee. The desired temperature at this point is 94 degrees.
Pour the ground coffee into the upper chamber and stir it back and forth for only 3 seconds. Make sure the coffee is thoroughly mixed and remove the stick.
After stirring the coffee, lower the temperature of the heater in the siphon. Around the 45th second, stir your coffee again for 3 seconds using the stick and remove the stick.
When you reach the 90th second, stir your coffee for the last time with the stick. This stirring process should last only 3 seconds like the others, then turn off the heater.
The dripping process should take about 45 seconds. When the coffee and water mixture in the upper chamber is completely finished, slowly remove the upper chamber. Make sure the upper chamber has loosened on its own here.
