The handle part is made of plastic and specially designed for those who use both right and left hands.
The handle has a special hand protector for your safety.
Made of special high carbon steel alloy with chrome, manganese, and silicon.
Coated with a hard chrome layer of 8 to 10 microns to provide protection against corrosion.
The surface hardness of the edges increases between 3 to 4 HRC thanks to this layer.
Steel particles are held together using magnetization feature.
Does not leave any scratch marks on your blade.
Except for the handle part, the total length is 20 cm 8'.
NOTE:
If the sharpening edge thickness, that is, the mouth of the blade, has become too thick, the edge thickness should be reduced to between 0.4 and 0.6 mm.
If the blade gets too hot during sharpening, it alters the structure of the steel, reducing corrosion resistance and blade hardness. Therefore, it can lead to losing the edge retention ability of your blade.
The sharpening process should be applied flawlessly from the base to the tip in a way that creates a thin wire burr on the edge.
The thin wire burr formed on the cutting edge during sharpening should not be removed to finish the sharpening process.
If the burr on the edge is not carefully removed, it can significantly affect the cutting sharpness and resistance to dulling of your blade.
The blade surface should have a smooth cutting line, and a notched or jagged edge can lead to the blade breaking.
Blades should not be exposed to substances that can cause high corrosion, such as salty water, for extended periods.
