Epinox PLS.OV-12 Flügel Solingen Table, Red

The handle part is made of plastic and specially designed for those who use their right or left hand.

There is a special hand protector on the handle part for your safety.
Provides even higher wear resistance thanks to the specially applied hard chrome layer.

Diamond particles with special shapes ensure quick sharpening of the blade.

2 million diamond particles are applied to the surface through special processes.

Made of steel. It has sharp edge features.

The handle part has an ergonomic design and a finger guard for your safety.

It is made of steel chrome vanadium.

The sharpening part is 30 cm 12" in total length.

How to Use;

- The cutting edge of the blade should be drawn with the sharpening stone held at 15°-20°, from the base to the tip, without applying pressure.

Note;

- If the thickness of the sharpening edge, i.e., the mouth of the blade, has become too thick, it should be thinned to between 0.4 and 0.6 mm.

- If the blade gets too hot during sharpening, it alters the structure of the steel, reducing corrosion resistance and the hardness of the blade. Therefore, it can lead to a loss of the blade's edge-holding ability.

- The sharpening process should be applied flawlessly from the base to the tip in a way that creates a thin wire edge on the cutting edge.

- The thin wire edge formed on the cutting edge during sharpening should not be removed to finish the sharpening process.

- If the burr on the edge is not carefully removed, it can significantly deteriorate the cutting sharpness and resistance to dulling of the blade.

- The blade surface should have a straight cutting line and a notched or jagged edge can lead to the blade breaking.

- Blades should not be exposed to substances that can cause high corrosion, such as salty water, for extended periods.
