Close the lid before grinding the coffee beans. To do this, first place the lid, then the handle. Attach the middle lid and secure both the handle and lid in place by tightening.
Grinding
Hold the grinder firmly and turn the handle clockwise to grind. Make sure not to turn the handle counterclockwise.
