Prepare your dough as you wish, making sure the dough is neither too dry nor too soft.
Place your machine on a flat and sturdy surface that can support its weight. Pass the clamp through the hole and tighten the screw until the machine is securely fixed to the surface.
To thin the dough sheet, turn the adjustment knob clockwise, reducing the distance between the rollers. Then pass the sheet through the rollers repeatedly to achieve the desired thickness. You can dust the thinned dough sheet with flour for better results. Let the thinned dough sheet dry for a few minutes. A sheet that is not dry enough may cause the dough to stick together during cutting.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Never wash the machine or any of its parts in a dishwasher or under running water with detergent.
Clean the machine thoroughly with a dry cloth or a soft brush. After securing your machine to a suitable surface, pass a piece of dough through the rollers to clean any remaining dust, completing the cleaning process.
Naturally, the dough used for this final cleaning should be discarded.
ATTENTION
The body of the machine or any of its parts should never be washed in soapy water and should not be cleaned under running water or with detergent.
Make sure that each part is dry after use.
Never attempt to clean dough residues with sharp tools (forks, knives, etc.).
