Unlike the button versions that come as standard in La Cimbali M200 GT models, you can convert the screens on top of the group heads of your machine into touch screens. This way, you can display your brand's logo on the groups and work more comfortably in your menu settings.

The precise temperature and level sensors inside the espresso machine's boiler ensure that the main boiler always has sufficient pressure. This technology detects and completes every 10 ml of water lost from the main boiler instantly. However, when a large amount of water is used at once; by adding boiler water in 100 ml increments, it prevents the cold water entering the system from cooling the machine and slowing down the heat flow.
