With the La Cimbali M200 PROFILE model, you can adjust a special pressure profile for each button on the groups. You can divide the brewing into 3 parts - pre-infusion, first pour, and finishing water amounts, durations, and pressures. You can control the acidity, body, and flavors of your coffee as you wish.
With La Cimbali's patented group temperature technology; you can individually adjust the temperatures of the group heads and create a different taste for each coffee blend. This special system constantly monitors the temperatures in the groups and ensures heat stabilization.
In La Cimbali M200 GT models, unlike the standard button versions, you can convert the screens on top of the group heads to touch screens if you wish. This way, you can display your brand's logos on the groups and work more comfortably in your menu settings.
The precise heat and level sensors inside the espresso machine's boiler ensure that the main boiler always has sufficient pressure. This technology detects and completes every 10 ml of water lost from the main boiler instantly. However, when a large amount of water is used at once; by adding boiler water in 100 ml increments, it prevents the cold water entering the system from cooling the machine and slowing down the flow of work.
