With the La Cimbali M200 PROFILE model, you can set a pressure profile for each button on the groups. You can divide the brewing process into 3 phases, adjusting the pre-wet, first pour, and finishing water volumes, durations, and pressures. You can control the acidity, body, and aromas of your coffee to your liking.
With La Cimbali's patented group temperature technology, you can change the temperatures of the group heads individually and create a unique taste for each coffee blend. This special system continuously monitors the temperature in the groups and ensures heat stabilization.
Unlike the button versions that come as standard with the La Cimbali M200 GT models, you can also convert the screens on the group heads of your machine into touchscreens if you wish. This way, you can display your brand's logo on the groups and work more easily when making menu adjustments.

The precise temperature and level sensors inside the espresso machine’s boiler ensure that the main boiler always has sufficient pressure. This technology detects every 10 ml of water lost from the main boiler and immediately replenishes it. However, when a large amount of water is used at once, the boiler water is added in 100 ml cycles, preventing the newly entered cold water from cooling the machine and slowing down the workflow.
