In the La Cimbali M200 PROFILE model, it is possible to set a specific pressure profile for each button on the groups. By dividing the brewing into 3 parts, you can adjust the pre-infusion, initial pour, and final pour water amounts, durations, and pressures. You can control the acidity, body, and aromas of your coffee as you wish.
With La Cimbali's patented group temperature technology, you can change the temperatures of the group heads separately and create a separate taste for each coffee blend. This special system constantly monitors the temperature in the groups and provides heat stabilization.
Unlike the standard button versions in La Cimbali M200 GT models, you can also convert the screens above the group heads of your machine into touch screens if you wish. In this way, you can display your brand's logo on the groups and work more comfortably in your menu settings.

The sensitive heat and level sensor inside the espresso machine boiler ensures that the main boiler always has sufficient pressure. This technology detects every 10 ml of water that is depleted from the main boiler and instantly replenishes it. However, when a large amount of water is used at once, the boiler adds water in 100 ml cycles, preventing the newly introduced cold water from cooling the machine and slowing down the workflow.
