Easy to Use 1- Attach the blade you will use 2 - After placing the blade, push the "Lock" lever to the right to secure the blade entry. 3 - To use the vertical blades (2 different widths), pull the knob slightly outward and turn it until the required cutting edge is attached. 4 - Turn the knob on the opposite side to adjust the desired blade thickness to 3-7 mm. 5 - To use the Vario Mandolin Grater safely, be sure to open the support feet. 6 - Open the protective cover for blade cleaning.
Cleaning Recommendations All parts can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher. We do not recommend washing the stainless steel blade in the dishwasher.
