Make sure the power cord is not plugged in when attaching or detaching the motor to the machine.
Do not unplug the cord from the outlet when your hands are wet or damp.

Use the device continuously for a maximum of 15 minutes as described in this guide.

Avoid wearing ties, scarves, or long accessories when operating the machine with the motor attached; also, make sure to secure your hair with a clip to prevent it from falling forward.

The amount of material used (solid and liquids) should not exceed the indicator inside the bowl.
After using all three functions of the machine (kneading-rolling-cutting), the machine should be turned off and left to rest with the lid open for 10 minutes.

On/Off button.
Red LED light (left) (blade compartment): If the light is on, the cover is not fully closed.
Blue LED light: If the light is on, the machine is ready for use.
Red LED light (right) (cover): If the light is on, the cover is not fully closed.
Control button: Press this button to move the blade.
PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR USE;
Wipe the entire machine with a damp cloth before first use.
Pass a small piece of dough that you will discard through the rollers to clean them.
Attention! Check the voltage. Make sure the voltage of the electricity you use matches the values on the machine's value table.
FRESH PASTA RECIPE;
500 g soft-wheat dough
4 whole eggs
A small amount of water
To get better pasta, mix 250 g of soft-wheat flour with 250 g of durum wheat flour (semolina/durum wheat semolina).
The total of eggs and water should not exceed 250 ml.
PREPARING THE DOUGH;
Adjust your ingredients according to your recipe
Open the lid of the machine and pour your ingredients into the mixing compartment. Make sure the blade compartment is closed and the red LED light is not on.
Close the lid and start the machine by pressing the On/Off button.
TIP: Do not use eggs immediately after removing them from the refrigerator.
CAUTION: Always make sure the machine's lid is closed to keep the flour inside the machine.
MAKING PASTA SHEETS;
Divide your dough into 4-5 pieces.
Attach the flat roller to the machine. Turn the adjustment to position 0 by pulling it towards yourself and turning it to get the rollers completely open.
Pass one of the dough pieces through the rollers.
Repeat this process 5-6 times, folding the sheet each time and adding a little more flour if necessary).

Lay your pasta on a damp cloth and cook immediately. If you want to store your pasta (up to 1 month), you can dry your pasta using the Marcato Tacapasta product.
Your pasta will dry in approximately 5-6 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. You can store it in suitable kitchen containers.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING;
Removing and replacing the blade
Open the blade compartment
Push the blade towards the access hole
Pull the blade upwards
To replace the blade, repeat the same steps in reverse order.
Recommendation: The recommended thickness setting for fettuccine is 5. Use setting 7 for tagliolini. For the thinnest form possible, pass the pasta sheet through the rollers at setting 9 twice.
Removing and replacing the cover;
Turn the cover completely (90 degrees) and pull the cover until it is free from the pins
To replace the cover, perform the same operation in reverse order.
Attaching and detaching accessories;
Place the accessory in the hexagonal socket next to the machine.
Turn the accessory 30 degrees until it fits snugly into the socket.
Cleaning;
Unplug the power cord from the outlet before cleaning and maintenance of the machine.
Do not wash the machine and accessories in the dishwasher.
Use a brush and wooden stick to clean the machine.
All types of repairs must be performed by authorized service personnel.
