Set the machine to position 0. Pass a piece of dough that you prepared earlier through the machine's flat rollers a few times. When the pasta sheets reach the same thickness as the rollers, set the machine to position 5 and pass the dough through the rollers once more, sprinkle some more flour if needed.
Remove the cutting accessory that comes with Atlas 150 and attach the ravioli accessory by following the relevant instructions, remove the white filling accessory.
Lightly flour both sides of the pasta sheet and fold it in half. Trim the uneven edges with a knife and pass the pasta sheets through the accessory's rollers by turning the handle a quarter turn.
Separate two pieces of pasta sheets, place the filling accessory on the accessory, put the filling material between two pasta sheets, and turn the handle slowly.
Use more filling material if needed and make sure all the filling material is used up when the pasta sheets are finished.
If you have some dough left after finishing the pasta, you can clean the remaining dough with the spoon that comes in the box.
Place the rolled pasta strips on a lightly floured shelf and let them rest for 5/10 minutes. Take out the ravioli one by one.

Do not wash the accessory with water. Use a damp cloth, skewer, or brush.
You can remove the scraper to clean the rollers if needed. Don't forget to put the scraper back in place after cleaning.
