USAGE AND MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
- Secure the machine to the table using the special clamp and place the handle in the hole of the rollers. When the machine is to be used for the first time, it is necessary to clean it with a dry cloth to remove excess oil. For cleaning the rollers, pass a small amount of dough through them that should be discarded later.
PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE
Measurement for 6 people;
- 500gr. soft wheat flour and 5 eggs; You can use 1 cup of water instead of 5 eggs. For a delicious pasta, mix 250g soft wheat flour with 250g hard wheat flour. Do not add salt! Put the flour in a bowl and pour the eggs into the middle. Mix the eggs with a fork and ensure they are completely mixed with the flour.
