To increase oven insulation, a stainless steel oven door, produced with special molds with a thickness of 40 mm and an ergonomic handle resistant to heavy conditions, is used.
The stainless steel micro-perforated oven burners increase the oven's efficiency and temperature rapidly.
The oven inside the range is GN 2/1 size. Trays suitable for this size can be used.
In the oven section of the range, a channel and socket system made with press fit at the door and opposite the door prevents heat from escaping. Thus, the need for additional silicone seals in the ovens is eliminated.
Each burner in the stove has cast iron to place pots or pans on the stove top.
The thickness of the durable and cast iron cooking surface is 22 mm. This ensures maximum efficiency and heat transfer.
Different temperature cooking sections are created on the cooking surface. The temperature in the center is 500 degrees and gradually decreases to 200 degrees in the surrounding sections. This provides different cooking options. While high-power boiling is possible at the center point, low-power boiling is possible in the surrounding areas.
High-efficiency, single-sided cast iron burners are located at the center of the device. Safety-equipped gas taps and thermocouples for flame control are used to increase safety. The pilot flame system in the burners enables quick and easy use of the device. Piezo ignition is available.
The cooking surface of the device is divided into 4 sections to facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance.
