A safety-equipped gas valve and a thermocouple for flame monitoring enhance security. * Insulation material around the boiler reduces energy consumption. * The power of the device can be adjusted using the knob on the front panel. * A large, food-compatible drainage valve allows for quick emptying. * The pressure safety valve in indirect models prevents excessive pressure buildup within the jacket. * The manometer gauge allows users to monitor the internal pressure of the jacket. * An external pressure valve in the pressure safety system enables manual steam release while the device is in operation. * The electronic ignition system in gas models provides easy operation for users.
