A safety gas valve with a safety mechanism and a thermocouple for flame monitoring are used to enhance safety. * The boiler is insulated with material to reduce energy consumption. * The power of the device can be adjusted via the knob located on the front panel. * A large, food-compatible drain valve allows for quick emptying. * In indirect models, the pressure safety valve prevents excessive pressure buildup inside the jacket. * The manometer gauge allows the user to monitor the internal jacket pressure. * The external pressure valve in the pressure safety group allows manual steam discharge while the device is in operation. * The electronic ignition system in gas models provides ease of use for users. Additionally, signal lights on the panel allow monitoring of operating or ignition conditions. * Hot and cold water connections can be made.
