Safety devices are used in gas open flame burners with safety gas taps and thermocouples for flame control.
Specially designed cast iron burners have high power, high combustion efficiency, and low gas emission values.
Thanks to the pilot flame system in the burners, devices can be used quickly and easily.
The temperature inside the electric oven can be controlled between 50-300 degrees Celsius with a thermostat.
The oven interior is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated grills inside the oven allow cooking at 3 different oven rack levels.
To increase oven insulation, a stainless steel oven door, produced with heavy-duty and ergonomic handles with a thickness of 40 mm and a press fit method, is used.
In the 4-burner oven, the oven interior is in GN 2/1 size. Trays suitable for this size can be used.
In the oven compartment of the 4-burner ranges, the channel and socket system made with press fit on the door and opposite the door prevents heat from escaping. Thus, the need for additional silicone gaskets in the ovens is eliminated.
Each burner has a cast iron to place pots or pans on the stove.
