Gas open flame stoves have safety devices with gas taps and thermocouples for flame control.
Specially designed cast iron burners have high power, high combustion efficiency, and low gas emission values.
The pilot flame system in the burners allows for quick and easy use of the devices.
The temperature inside the electric oven can be controlled between 50-300 degrees with a thermostat.
The oven is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated grills inside the oven allow for baking at 3 different oven rack levels.
To increase oven insulation, a stainless steel oven door, produced with special molds with a thickness of 40 mm, resistant to heavy conditions and with an ergonomic handle, is used.
In the 4-burner oven, the oven interior is GN 2/1 size. Trays suitable for this size can be used.
In the oven section of the 4-burner ovens, the heat escaping to the outside is prevented with a channel and socket system made with press pressure on the door and opposite the door. Thus, the need for additional silicone gaskets in the ovens is eliminated.
Each burner has a cast iron for placing pots or pans on the stove.
