The stainless steel micro-perforated oven burners increase maximum efficiency and quickly increase the oven temperature.
The oven interior in the range is in GN 2/1 size. Trays suitable for this size can be used.
In the oven section of the ranges, a channel and socket system made by press with the door and opposite the door prevents heat from escaping. Thus, the need for additional silicone seals used in ovens is eliminated.
Each burner has a cast iron to place pots or pans on the stove.
The thickness of the durable and cast iron cooking surface is 22 mm, providing maximum efficiency and heat transfer.
Different temperature cooking compartments are created on the cooking surface. The temperature, which is 500 degrees at the center, gradually decreases to 200 degrees in the surrounding sections. This offers different cooking options. While high-power boiling is possible at the center point, low-power boiling is possible in the surrounding areas.
High-efficiency, single-sided cast iron burners are located at the center of the device. Safety is increased by using safety devices with thermocouples for gas taps and flame control for open flame burners. The devices are easy and quick to use thanks to the pilot flame system in the burners. Piezo ignition is available.
The cooking surface of the device is divided into 4 parts for easy cleaning and maintenance.
