The adjustable spring-loaded lid lifting mechanism ensures easy opening and closing of the lid. * Proper closing of the lid saves energy and time. * In the indirect cooking system, 110 °C saturated steam with 0.4 bar pressure is generated inside the wall, ensuring homogeneous heat distribution in the kettle's interior, sides, and bottom. * In gas models, stainless steel micro perforated burners provide maximum efficiency. For safety, a safety-equipped gas valve and a thermocouple for flame control have been used. * To reduce energy consumption, the kettle is covered with insulation material. * The power of the device can be adjusted using the button on the front panel. * The food-grade large drain valve allows for quick discharge. * The pressure safety valve in indirect models prevents excessive pressure build-up inside the wall. * The manometer indicator allows the user to see the pressure inside the wall. * The external pressure valve in the pressure safety group allows manual steam release while the device is running. * In gas models, the electronic ignition system provides easy operation for users. Also, signal lights on the panel allow monitoring of operational or ignition status. * Hot and cold water connections are possible. Hot and cold water inlet valves can be controlled from the front panel with a solenoid valve. The kettle can be filled using the chrome-plated faucet on the device's top panel. * Electric models feature heaters made of INCOLOY material. A safety thermostat has been used to protect the heater and the kettle when the water level in the wall drops. |
