A safety gas valve with a safety device and a thermocouple for flame monitoring have been used to enhance safety. * The pot is covered with insulation material to reduce energy consumption. * The power of the device can be adjusted via the button on the front panel. * A large, food-compatible drainage valve allows for quick emptying. * In indirect models, the pressure safety valve prevents excessive pressure build-up inside the jacket. * The manometer indicator allows the user to monitor the internal jacket pressure. * An external pressure valve in the pressure safety group allows manual steam release while the device is operating. * The electronic ignition system in gas models provides easy operation for users. Additionally, signal lights on the panel enable monitoring of operating or ignition conditions. * Hot and cold water connections can be made.
