The adjustable spring-loaded lid lifting mechanism ensures easy opening and closing of the lid. * Proper sealing of the lid helps save energy and time. * In the indirect cooking system, saturated steam with a pressure of 0.4 bar at 110°C is generated within the walls, ensuring homogeneous heat distribution in the boiler, side, and bottom areas of the boiling pots. * To reduce energy consumption, the boiler is insulated with insulation material. * The power of the device can be adjusted via a button on the front panel. * A large, food-safe discharge valve allows for fast drainage. * The pressure safety valve in indirect models prevents excessive pressure buildup within the walls. * The manometer indicator allows the user to monitor the internal pressure of the walls. * An external pressure valve in the pressure safety group enables manual steam discharge while the device is in operation. * Additionally, signal lamps on the panel allow monitoring of working or ignition statuses. * Hot and cold water connections can be made. The hot and cold water inlet valves can be controlled from the front panel with a solenoid valve. The water in the boiler can be filled via a chrome-plated battery on the device's top panel. * Electric models feature heaters made of INCOLOY material. A safety thermostat is used to protect the heating element and the boiler when the water level in the walls drops. * Electric models have an electrical supply of: 380-400 V / 3 ~NPE /50 Hz.
