In addition, there is an optional electric motorized lifting system option. * All corners inside the pan are rounded and polished. Easy cleaning is provided. * There are special design heaters made of stainless steel under the cooking surface. * Homogeneous heating surface with special design heaters is provided. The heaters quickly reach the surface temperature to the desired temperature level. * Hot and cold water connections can be made. Hot and cold water inlet valves can be controlled from the front panel. The pan can be filled with water using the chrome-plated faucet on the devices. * The double-walled cover increases the insulation level. The adjustable spring-loaded cover lifting mechanism ensures easy opening and closing of the cover. * An emergency thermostat is placed to increase the safety level and prevent the ceiling from overheating. * Electric models have electrical supply: 380-400 V / 3 ~NPE /50 Hz. |
