All electric cookers and set-top stoves are produced using 2 mm thick 304 quality stainless steel monoblock top plates with special molds and press printing method, thus increasing the durability of the top plate and providing ease of cleaning.
Cast iron heat plates are combined with press printed top plate without leakage.
Each hot plate has an overheating thermostat. When this thermal hot plate overheats, it cuts off the electricity to prevent damage to the hot plate, and when the excessive heat disappears, the system automatically activates.
Each hot plate has a 7-position switch that allows control between 90-450 degrees. With this temperature control, the user can perform applications such as baking or keeping warm.
The oven section has separately controllable lower and upper heaters. With a 3-position switch, the lower heater, upper heater, and lower and upper heaters can be operated together in their positions.
There is a thermostat that controls the oven interior temperature between 50-300 degrees.
The oven interior is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated runners at three different shelf levels in the oven allow baking.
In the oven section of electric cookers, the channel and socket system made with press printing on the door and opposite the door prevent heat from escaping. Thus, the need for additional silicone gasket used in ovens is eliminated.
In 12090 Electric cookers, a large oven with GN 2/1 dimensions can be made optionally, as known to be used in ovens with dimensions of 1060 x 550 x 275 inside.
