| DESCRIPTION | * All electric kuzine and set top stoves are produced using special molds with 1.5 mm thickness 304 quality stainless steel monoblock top plates, thus increasing the durability of the top plate and providing ease of cleaning. * Cast material is combined with leak-proof press plate in the production of plates. * Each hot plate has an excessive heat thermic. When this thermic heats up excessively, it cuts off the electricity to prevent damage to the hot plate, and when the excessive heat disappears, the system automatically takes over. * Each hot plate has a 6-position switch that allows control between 90-450 °C. With this temperature control, the user can perform applications such as cooking or keeping warm. * The lower and upper heaters in the oven compartment can be controlled separately. With the 3-position switch, the lower heater, upper heater, and lower and upper heaters can be operated together in their positions. * There is a thermostat that controls the oven internal temperature between 50-300 °C. * The inside of the oven is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated rails in the oven compartment allow cooking at 3 different shelf levels. * In the oven compartments of electric kuzines, the channel and socket system made by press fitting on the door and opposite the door prevents heat from escaping. Thus, the need for additional silicone gaskets used in ovens is eliminated. * In 12090 Electric kuzines, an oven can be used in GN 2/1 size, and optionally, a large oven with internal dimensions of 1060x550x275 can be made. |
