All electric stoves and set top stoves are manufactured using 2 mm thick 304 quality stainless steel monoblock top plates produced with special molds and pressure press method to increase the durability of the top plate and facilitate cleaning.
Cast iron heat plates are combined with pressure press top plate in a leak-proof manner.
Each hot plate has an overheat thermostat. When this thermal hot plate overheats, it cuts off the electricity to prevent damage to the hot plate, and when the excessive heat is eliminated, the system automatically takes over.
Each hot plate has a 7-position switch that allows control between 90-450 degrees. With this temperature control, the user can perform applications such as cooking or keeping warm.
The oven section has separately controllable bottom and top heaters. With a 3-position switch, the bottom heater, top heater, and bottom and top heaters can be operated together in their positions.
There is a thermostat that controls the oven interior temperature between 50-300 degrees.
The oven interior is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated rails at 3 different shelf levels in the oven allow for baking.
In electric stoves, the channel and socket system made with pressure press at the door and opposite the door prevent heat from escaping. Thus, the need for additional silicone gasket used in ovens is eliminated.
The oven interior of the electric stove is GN 2/1 size. Trays suitable for this size can be used.
