All electric stoves and set top stoves are produced using 1 mm thick 304 quality stainless steel monoblock top plates with special molds and press pressure method, thus increasing the durability of the top plate and providing ease of cleaning.
Cast material heat plates are combined with the pressurized top plate in a leak-proof manner.
Each hot plate has an overheat thermostat. When this thermal hot plate overheats, it cuts off the electricity to prevent damage to the hot plate, and when the excessive heat disappears, the system automatically activates.
Each hot plate has a 6-position switch that allows control between 90-450 degrees. With this temperature control, the user can perform applications such as cooking or keeping warm.
The oven section has separately controllable lower and upper heaters. With the 3-position switch, the lower heater, upper heater, and lower and upper heaters can be operated together in their positions.
There is a thermostat that controls the temperature inside the oven between 50-300 degrees.
The inside of the oven is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-coated runners at 3 different shelf levels allow baking.
In the oven section of electric stoves, the heat dissipation is prevented with the channel and socket system made by press pressure on the door and opposite the door. Thus, the need for additional silicone gasket used in ovens is eliminated.
In 12090 Electric Stoves, a large oven measuring 1060 x 550 x 275 can be made optionally as known to use GN 2/1 oven.
