The oven compartment can be optionally preferred as an electric static oven or a gas static oven. • Gas ovens have piezo ignition. • Safety fittings gas taps and thermocouples for flame control are used in gas open burners and gas ovens. • All kuzine and set top burners are produced with 2 mm thick monoblock top plates using special molds made by pressure casting method. The rounded corners on the top plate increase durability and provide ease of cleaning. • Burners made of specially designed brass material have high power, high combustion efficiency, and low gas emission values. • Thanks to the pilot flame system in the burners, devices can be used quickly and easily. • The internal temperature of the gas oven can be controlled between 100-300 °C with a thermostatic gas valve, and the internal temperature of the electric oven can be controlled between 50-300 °C with a thermostat. • The oven is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated runners inside the oven allow cooking at 3 different oven rack levels. • A stainless steel oven door, manufactured by pressure casting method with special molds with a 40 mm thick, heavy-duty and ergonomic handle to increase insulation, is used. • The stainless steel micro-perforated oven burner ensures maximum efficiency and rapidly increases the oven temperature. • In 4-burner kuzines, the oven compartment is in GN 2/1 size. Trays suitable for this size can be used. • In 6-burner kuzines, an oven can be made in GN 2/1 size or optionally in 1060x550x275 internal dimensions. • In the oven compartment of 4-burner kuzines, the channel and socket system made with pressure casting at the door and opposite the door prevents heat from escaping. Thus, the need for additional silicone gaskets used in ovens is eliminated. • Each burner has a cast iron grate that allows pots or pans to be placed on the burner. The burner grate is half-polished and durable enamel-coated, suitable for washing in the dishwasher. |
