| Description | • In our gas-powered lava stone grills, the stainless steel micro-perforated burners, 1 or 2 depending on the product's capacity and size, provide appropriate heat distribution and elevate the cooking experience to the highest level. • The specially designed 'V' shaped grill directs the waste oils to the front drain. • The adjustable cooking surface allows the product to be cooked as desired. The removable cooking surface is dishwasher safe. • In dual models, the cooking surface temperature is controlled by 2 separate gas valves. This ensures two different cooking surface temperatures. • To enhance safety, the gas taps have safety devices and thermocouples are used for flame control. The pilot flame system in the burners allows the device to be used quickly and easily. The ignition has a piezoelectric spark igniter. • The waste oil compartment is located under the combustion section of the device. The waste oil and particles are collected in the compartment, ensuring ease of cleaning and maintenance. |
