Additionally, a safety thermostat is used to prevent overheating. • Electric models use a silicone-sheathed heating element with a 140°C safety thermostat. • In gas models, the stainless steel burner is placed under the pool. The high-efficiency burner provides rapid heating of the water. • Depending on the device dimensions, the bain-marie pool can accommodate 2 or 4 GN 2/3 pans. 2 pans are used for 40-liter products, and 4 pans are used for 80-liter products. • A separation threshold is used to separate gastronorm pans. |
