Processing: Use a kitchen scale to portion the minced meat to the desired patty weight (e.g. each 200 g). Shape into a ball and place on baking paper at intervals of approximately 13-15 cm. Now place the middle ring on the sliced patty and shape the patties one after the other on the baking paper with the stamp of the burger press. These can then be easily and comfortably placed on a grill or pan with a lathe machine.
