COLD SMOKING
- With the Cold Smoking technique and your Fast Smoking Machine, you can instantly smoke meat, minced meat, fish, cheese, yogurt, salad, soup, and even your desired beverages without changing their structures, adding wonderful aroma and flavors! You can quickly add smoke aroma to the products you put in any container that you can close with a bell jar or a material similar to superior stretch film that you can obtain from us, and make very nice and impressive presentations with the bell jar and the base plate.
- Open the button of your machine and hear the motor running. After making sure that the hose blows air by bringing the end of the hose close to your ear, insert the rubber hole on the top of the container or bell jar where you will smoke. Ignite the sawdust with a lighter. (DO NOT USE A TORCH LIGHTER, IT WILL IGNITE THE SAWDUST VERY QUICKLY AND DAMAGE THE SAWDUST CHAMBER.)
- If you want to smoke coffee, alcoholic beverages, and similar liquids, you can pump smoke into the bottle where the liquid is and shake it, or you can place the glass containing the liquid under the bell jar to perform the same operation. You can also use the cup/glass cover that comes out of the box to trap the smoke.
