Tribeca EPP Box are high-quality insulated food transport boxes. The boxes are made of high-density expanded polypropylene (EPP), which makes them almost unbreakable. EPP is also extremely lightweight, making it easy to transport when the boxes are full. The boxes can also be stacked, making them easy to store and transport. Designed to carry gastronorm pans, these boxes can be used with high-temperature stainless steel or polycarbonate pans. The material has excellent insulation properties and can keep food items preserved from -40 degrees to 120 degrees. With the condition that the boxes are more than 75% full and kept closed, the heat loss is reduced by 1 to 2 degrees per hour. All boxes are safe for direct food contact, making them ideal for use as storage boxes in freezers, refrigerators, and even dry storage areas. EPP is completely dishwasher safe, so all boxes can be used in commercial dishwashers. At the end of their life cycles, all boxes are fully recyclable.
