Dual Gear System with Pocket Indentations and Cutting Points
The groundbreaking stainless steel dual gear system of the Greenstar Elite features special points that replicate the human grinding system. First, the gears of the Dual Gear Grinder Mechanism are designed with special pocket indentations to make it easier to process harder vegetables like carrots. This also provides a sharper edge during the initial crushing process, reducing the motor power used when processing tough foods. Second, to extract more juice more efficiently and prevent clogging or jamming when processing fibrous vegetables, cutting points are placed on the gears. When assembling the Dual Gear Grinder Mechanism, you should make sure the alignment of the placement points marked on the mechanism's surface is correct.
Pressure Control Mechanism

These three stages break down the products into smaller pieces for easier juicing and make fibrous vegetables suitable for smooth juicing and ejection (so the vegetables do not clog the gears or the pulp ejection channel). The Greenstar Elite’s system not only uses all three grinding stages but also adds a new mixing process. During the mixing phase, the broken-down products interact with each other, activating them and thereby increasing the nutritional value of the extracted juice.

New Locking Mechanism
