The Sedona® Classic dehydrator provides quiet operation and efficient energy consumption with Dual Fan Technology, creating balanced airflow in all trays.
Dual Fan Technology consists of two 300 watt computer-controlled fans. This control allows you to operate the two fans together in two drying compartments or independently in a single compartment. Dual Fan Technology ensures Sedona® operates at 600 watts or 300 watts depending on your needs in two separate drying compartments.
The Sedona® Classic dehydrator preserves enzymes without damage thanks to the Excessive Heat Prevention feature. It allows you to set the temperature to maximum instead of average temperature. The temperature never exceeds the setting, thus preventing overheating of raw foods. Each drying compartment has a separate heat sensor. This sensor monitors the current temperature of the independent fan heating set, improving the efficiency and overall quality of the drying process.
