The lowest temperature tolerance ever achieved. Different coffees require different grinding temperatures. With Mythos Clima Pro, baristas can adjust grinding temperatures between 30 and 60°C to obtain the best characteristics of each coffee type. Better control leads to better results for us.

Cleaning and maintenance processes are now simpler and more accessible. We reduced the number of screws to access the heart of the machine and improved the visibility of Mythos' key working parts.
Easy and precise micrometric adjustment allows baristas to manage each grinding operation more accurately. The barista can read the burr distance directly from the screen to better understand the grinding adjustment variable.
Dual cooling system: Instead of one, two fans are installed, and both are mounted to the back. This provides ideal airflow inside the grinding chamber. Counter space is a premium for cafes.
