Correct water temperature and contact time with water: The Wilfa filter coffee machine, designed taking into account the water temperature and contact time with water approved by Norsk Kaffeinformatsjon and the European Coffee Brewing Centre ECBC, keeps the entire brewing process under control. The mechanism for adjusting the drip rate guarantees the same quality no matter how much coffee you brew. There is an opening at the bottom of the filter holders of the product where you can adjust the flow rate. This mechanism ensures that even if a small amount of coffee is brewed, the coffee beans come into contact with water at the ideal rate. When you take your freshly brewed coffee from the glass pot, you can stop the water from dripping in this way.
Even distribution of water over coffee particles: With its special showerhead that evenly distributes water over the coffee particles, it allows all the aromas of coffee to pass into the water.
