Thanks to its superior control mechanism, unwanted bitter or sour taste in coffee is prevented when the temperature in the water deviates from these values.
Adjusting the water drip: The drip speed adjustment mechanism guarantees the same quality no matter how much coffee you brew. There is an opening at the bottom of the filter holders of the product where you can adjust the flow rate. This mechanism ensures that even if a small amount of coffee is brewed, the coffee beans come into contact with water at the ideal rate. When you take your freshly brewed coffee from the glass pot, you can stop the water from dripping in this way.
Even distribution of water over coffee particles: With its special showerhead that evenly distributes water over coffee particles, it allows all the flavors of coffee to pass into the water. This filter coffee machine, which gets maximum efficiency from freshly ground coffee beans, meets the conditions for ideal brewing at an optimum level.
Pump ensuring no water remains in the water tank and mechanism: With the tiny pump hidden inside the machine, the water inside the system is completely emptied in each brewing, and fresh water is poured into the glass pot for the next brewing. This helps you use fresh and clean water in each brewing, helping the coffee reach a rich aroma and delicious taste. Removable water tank: The 1.25-liter BPA-free plastic water tank makes it easier to add water before brewing, while the gauge on the tank allows you to easily measure the desired amount of water and coffee ratio. Thus, using a separate pitcher or measuring cup when adding water to the Performance filter coffee machine becomes a thing of the past!
Keep warm function: There is a heating plate under the glass pot that keeps the coffee warm after brewing. It automatically shuts off after 40 minutes for safety.
