- A special sweet water jet is injected into each closed cell. Excess water leaves the closed cell through a series of outlets. As the cell walls drop to -30°C during the cubing process, the freezing water prevents expansion from all sides. Automatic rinse cycles eliminate impurities like minerals from the water, ensuring the purest ice possible while the machine is running. It is protected from scaling and mineral buildup.
